The necessity of service:

The project environment in Vietnam lacks connectivity, specialized project management workshops, and professional project management journals.

Regarding project personnel, they have few opportunities to share project experiences; knowing mainly about the projects they work on. Therefore, much of their knowledge and experience is lost and not compiled into lessons learned to share and support each other’s professional development in project management.
